| A consortium of Twin Cities community organizations, led by the Basilica of St. Mary, met to fight an impending bill in the Minnesota House of Representatives. The bill had a provision that could allow landlords to bring on financially crippling legal problems to low-income housing applicants. While the bill was fairly technical, this postcard put a face on this provision and called for it to be removed from the bill.
More than three thousand postcards were mailed. The bill was dropped in favor of similar Senate version that did not contain a similar provision. [Review Piece]
